Consultation
$300
We will meet with the seller to assess the space and provide tailored advice on how to enhance the property's presentation. This conversation allows for immediate feedback and gives time for the client to ask questions and clarify ideas on décor, layout, and lighting. The goal is to create a welcoming environment that attracts potential buyers.
Consultation and Report
$500
Includes the consultation along with a thorough written report of everything that we had discussed during the consultation. The report will be sent no later than 48 hours after meeting. This is the perfect option for homeowners who want to consult a professional but would prefer to downsize, declutter, repair, and stage their own homes.
Quoted Services
After the consultation, we will send a quote to the seller within 48 hours for any services that we had discussed.

Many staging companies do not offer the variety of services that we have to offer. We have established relationships with subcontractors for all types of work. This means that we are ready to paint, install lighting, redo floors, perform repairs etc. as soon as possible.

Our 4,000 sqft. warehouse stores everything that we could possibly need to prepare a house for sale. Our inventory includes furniture, art, bedding, pillows, and decor in different styles so we are able to compliment any type of home.​​​
