We will meet with the homeowner to assess the space for approximately an hour to provide tailored advice on how to enhance the property's presentation. This conversation allows for immediate feedback and gives time for the client to ask questions and clarify ideas on décor, layout, and the services we provide.

Consultation and Report

Includes the hour consultation and within 48 hours we will provide a thorough written report of everything we discussed during the consultation. This is perfect for homeowners who want to consult a professional but would prefer to downsize, declutter, repair, and stage their own homes.

Full-Service Consulting 

This is an ongoing partnership where we will provide invaluable advice regarding staging, pre-sale property prep, or interior design by planning layouts, selecting materials, furniture, art, decor and paint colors, etc. to create an environment that is tailored to your day-to-day needs.
